Intermittent kilns, highly flexible and suitable for all types of productions.
The use of kiln cars allows loading and unloading operations to be carried out while the kiln is in operation, thus minimizing the cycle time.
Continuous kilns, designed for larger volumes of production, with more homogeneous loads and the possibility of shorter cycles, hence energy savings.
The movement is possible through kiln cars, rollers or conveyor.
CONTINUOUS / TUNNEL KILNS
With the versatility and flexibility of the intermittent kilns, the chamber kilns (or with fixed base) allow a more compact layout because they do not require fixed structures for handling kiln cars, and the kiln furniture can be loaded / unloaded directly on the kiln.

More than a brand, BRASTHERM is born from the name Brás, a family whose dedication to building industrial kilns comes since 1981 and is at the genesis of the founding of the former Fornocerâmica - Fornos e Equipamentos para Cerâmica SA by Mr. José Brás – a recognized reference in this industrial field.
Later, in 2011, the thermal equipment applications were also expanded to the heat treatment market, by his sons Bruno e Ricardo Brás.
Present in the market for over 40 Years, the name “Brás” is today a synonym of tradition and performance in Thermal Engineering and its reputation is proven with the reliability and robustness of its kilns that continue to operate, some of them for over 30 Years.

HOW DO WE DO IT?
Fabrication continues with the metal construction work, painting, and application of insulation according to the technical project.
The Automation team proceeds with the electrical schematic and control system programming for the equipment maximum performance and efficiency.
The final installation at the customer's site is coordinated under the supervision of the technical team, to ensure full compliance with all standards.
