UPGRADE PROJECT EQUIPPED WITH BRASTHERM CONTROL PANELS -

BRASTHERM is completing an upgrade project in South America, for an international reference Customer in the production of sanitaryware and accessories.

Aiming to improve the energy performance of 4 preexisting intermittent kilns, BRASTHERM will install new generation control panels on the Customer's production line. A Siemens based industrial technological solution controlled by the BPC control system.

O BPC (BRASTHERM Precise Control) is a reliable and innovative control system of latest generation which precisely controls important variables such as the mixture of air : gas in combustion, thanks to Mixflow technology.

The integration of this technology will allow a constant monitoring and intelligent management of combustion with relevant gains in energy efficiency.

In pre-existing kilns the reduction of consumption is remarkable, and can achieve savings of up to 30%.
